TFホィール

研削重視の巻き取りタイプ

コアを中心にサンドシートを巻き付け、ホィール状に固めたタイプです。研削性が良く、またなめらかな仕上がり面が得られるため、バリ取りから研磨仕上げまで、幅広く研磨作業に使用できます。

This product is made by wound Sand Sheets around a core hardened into the shape of a
wheel. Because of its excellent grindability and features that provides smoothly finished
surfaces, this produce can be used for a wide range of abrasion work from burring to polish finishing.

バリエーション豊富な積層タイプ

サンドシートを積層圧縮し、接着剤で一体構造にしたタイプです。いろいろな硬さ・厚み・形状が製作可能です。

This product type is made by a compressed Sand Sheet structured and bound with adhesive. They can be produced in various levels of hardness and thickness, and in any custom shapes.

FPホィール

当たりがソフトなフラップタイプ

コアを中心にサンドシートを放射状に植え込んだタイプです。一枚一枚が独立しているため、ワークへの当たりがソフトで、冷却性に優れています。また研磨粉などによる目づまりもありません。

This product type is a Sand Sheet that is arranged in a radial pattern around a core. Because each sheet stands independently, the FP Wheel fits well to the surface and has a good cooling capability. In addition, it is free of clogging caused by abrasive debris and dust.
